The Project
A new build that consisted of two levels of basement car parking, landscaped podium and two x five level towers with 107 apartments.
Clearwater Construction was responsible for coordinating the full design, build and delivery of the project, which was completed ahead of schedule.

Affordable Group
Affordable Group worked very closely with Clearwater Construction on this project providing scaffolding to a specific and detailed timeline.
Marcel Drollet, Project Manager at Clearwater Construction said "Affordable Group was a huge part of this build. Clearwater cleared a section of the grounds on site for AG to set up a temporary yard in order to keep up with the amount of scaffold going up each and every day. Not only was it a sizable build, it was also a complicated one with the design features of pop out louvres set at different levels. There were a lot of ins and outs, up and down odd angles, and it was not an easy task, but fortunately we had a few good teams on board that worked through it all."
